What to Expect in a Session

Spiritual direction sessions are 1-on-1 conversations grounded in holy listening. Sessions last 50 minutes and are held via Zoom or in-person at the Shrine of Holy Wisdom in Tempe, AZ. You’ll be gently invited to explore what is stirring in your spirit, what you’re noticing in prayer, dreams, your body, or life events. Silence, sacred texts, and symbols may guide our time together.
